2023 the 8th International Conference on Distance Education and Learning (ICDEL 2023) has been held successfully in Beijing,China in hybird with vitual style on June 09-12, 2023.
At the beginning of the conference on June 09, 2023, Conference Co-Chair: Prof. Haiguang Fang, Capital Normal University, China delivered the opening remarks to welcome all participants to attend the conference. Then Prof Qing Li, IEEE fellow, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China, Prof. Minjuan Wang, San Diego State University, USA, and Prof. Rui Zhang, Tongji University, China delivered the keynote speeches related to Distance Education.
Meanwhile, there were 3 onsite sessions and 6 online sessions for authors' presentations from June 09-12, 2023. These sessions' topics were related to E-Learning and Blended Teaching, Artificial Intelligence in Education, Educational Data Mining and Learning Analytics, Innovative Teaching Methods, Curriculum Reform, and Educational Management, Artificial Intelligence in Education, Educational Data Mining and Data-Driven Learning, Virtual Reality and Game-Based Learning in Education, Blended Learning and Mobile Learning etc. After sessions ends, each best student paper award was announced at closing ceremony which was hosted by Prof. Giuliana Dettori.
